Compact

The H100D ride-on mowers are only 2 920 mm long and 1 050 mm wide, for a height of 1 270 mm. Without any overhang, they can be steered with fingertip control, and their compact size means they are at home on all surfaces.

No rear axle

The rear axle has been eliminated, leaving the way clear for a central ejection channel and making blockages a thing of the past.

H100D cutting system, 30% extra collecting performance!

The cutting deck's shape is designed for low turbulence, and is formed by two mouldings with a progressive discharge into a rear central ejection channel. There are two contra-rotating blades mounted at 90° to one another and which overlap by 4 cm, this combination produces an extremely powerful vacuum and blowing effect: the result is a perfect cut and all the grass is collected no matter what the circumstances.

The efficiency of the cutting system of the H100D allows professionals to work even faster (up to 12 km/h in optimal mowing conditions) and to improve productivity and output (wet grass or rain).

Emptying with the Hi lift box up to 1.83 m from the ground. The hydraulic lift and emptying of the grassbox are carried out via the simple operation of a hydraulic spool valve from the driver's seat. The grassbox may be emptied at any height from ground level up to 1.83 m.

Efficient use of engine power

Two hydraulic motors supplied by a variable flow pump, guarantee maximum power is transmitted to the rear wheels.

Differential lock and power regulator: The H100D ride-on mowers are equipped with a hydraulic flow divider, to ensure an effective differential lock, enabling maximum drive in difficult situations (slopes, slippery surfaces, etc.). Furthermore, a power regulator prevents the engine from stalling by adjusting the speed to suit the transmission torque demanded.

Engine: the model is equipped with the LOMBARDINI FOCS 702 twin cylinder diesel engine, water cooled and achieving 18 HP at 3 600 rpm. These diesel engines are built in Europe and are particularly reliable and robust. Strong and economical, they will allow you to work effortlessly throughout the entire day in normal working conditions.

Ergonomic controls

Grouped next to the driver's seat, within easy reach of the operator, the controls provide ease of use: emptying the grass box, blade engagement, setting the height of the blades, differential lock, etc. All controls are positioned clearly and ergonomically and are easy to operate.

Power steering

The H100D ride-on mowers have power steering that makes manoeuvring and 180° turns easy, giving precise steering and causing less fatigue for the operator.

Automatic gearbox

The hydrostatic transmission makes driving more comfortable, allowing you to make smooth progress. Press the forward or reverse pedal to choose the working speed in complete safety.

High back seat

The high back seat, with sliding horizontal adjustment, ensures that you will find the ideal driving position on the H100D.

Dashboard

The dashboard of the H100D is fully functional. In particular, it is equipped with an instrument to cover the following functions: hour meter, maintenance indicator, operational check of all safety devices, fuel level gauge with low level light, continuous engine temperature indication (water) with overheating indicator, preheating indicator, battery charge indicator, hydraulic circuit overheating indicator, lighting indicator.

Silent and efficient

The H100D guarantee an acoustic pressure of 85 dB(A) at the driver's seat and an acoustic level of less than 100 dB(A), in compliance with the new standards. All of which is achieved without cheating or economising on their remarkable cutting and collection performances.

Vibrations

The ride-on mowers guarantee a level of vibrations:

• Whole body readings of 1.87 m/s² measured on a hard track at 6 km/h and 0.3 m/s² statically on grass.
• At the upper body readings of 2.3 m/s² measured on a hard track at 6 km/h and 2,06 m/s² statically on grass.

Built to last

Chassis

The load bearing chassis of the H100D is made up of two mechanically welded tubular sub-assemblies, bolted together. Entirely rust-proofed, the design of the chassis is directly inspired by manufacturing processes used in the automobile industry and is hardwearing even in conditions of intensive use.

Outstanding reliability

Developed using the most powerful CAD tools, built and tested in Europe to rigorous manufacturing techniques, the H100D ride-on mowers are designed to last. They only require the strict minimum in terms of maintenance and guarantee you hours of continuous use.

Hydraulic transmission

The choice of hydraulics instead of mechanical solutions provides the user with transmission systems on the H100D that last longer and have improved reliability.

Cutter heads transmission

The transmission between the two blades is via a double-faced toothed belt. A V-belt provides the power transmission between an electromagnetic clutch and the cutting deck. Cutting blade control : The blades are engaged with an electromagnetic clutch fitted with a brake and controlled by actuating a switch located on the dashboard.

Cutting blade protection

To avoid any major damage, the blades are protected with two shear bolts
that can be replaced in the event of a violent impact.

Cutting deck

The cutting deck is made from a single aluminium casting. It does not rust and is very strong.

Grass box

Made from rot-roof fabric on a reinforced tubular frame, the grass box has a capacity of 600 litres and guarantees the user long life and reliable operation.

Versatile: Their tight turning circle (1.10 m radius) and their reduced rear overhang (1.20 m) make them very versatile machines, equally at home cutting in large or small areas.

All type of mowing :

Mulching is possible with the MU100D mulching insert, available as an option.
With the deflector you can mowe very long grass.
