I’ve been a self employed gardener for the past 20 years and in that time had a number of different lawn mowers.
I recently purchased a new etesia pro 46 phts3 and I’m so impressed I thought a review was in order.
The first thing you notice is the build quality solid but not overly heavy.
Once at work it’s obvious that some time has gone into the development of this machine very well balanced and easy to use.
Starting is a simple task with the new Honda GCV170x, I opted for the s model with drive. It has good speed to cope with various conditions, I have used it without drive engaged and found it very easy to manoeuvre in small gardens.
The grass box is easy to take off and empty and has good capacity 80 litres.
Full grass boxes aren’t a novelty they are regular - long wet grass is no problem. Mowing in the rain is also possible and the grass box is easily cleaned to continue working in bad weather.
It’s very important to myself and my customers to be able to work no matter what the weather, this mower allows me to do this.
My only problem is: why did I wait so long.....
